It was fair tasting swiss cheese. The flavor was strong and we could tell it was fresh. It was easy to cut.

Best Cheese Ever!
This cheese is so wonderfully mild and is the favorite cheese to give as gifts to my friends at Christmas time.
It's best when left to warm a litle. More flavorful than when cold. I brag that it's made in my home town :)

Best cheese ever!
Baby Swiss is our favorite, and I've shared it with many friends across the country. It's a speacial treat for my friends and work associates to see me coming with a gift of Bably Swiss! They all LOVE it as much as we do
