I have been enjoying trail bologna for many decades and the only way that I could get it was when we visited my grandparents who lived in Canton, Ohio and they would take us out into the country where we could buy it and take it back to S.C. No stores anywhere, that I have found, sell trail bologna and I started searching on line when I came across Guggisberg and ordered their trail bologna. I was surprised how quickly it came and was very thrilled that their trail bologna tasted as good as I remembered as a child. I have let several of my friends try it and they are hooked!!!!! It is nothing like the bologna that you buy in the supermarket (which I don't like, by the way). It has its very own flavor and can't really be described. It is so good on crackers with a slice of cheese (Guggisberg's cheese, of course) and a slice of fresh tomato. Friends have even used it in place of sausage in some of their meal preparations and love it.
