Product reviews for Ziller

I ordered this Specialty Swiss via phone several months ago BEFORE it was given a NAME!!! The representative I was speaking to told me about this "new" baby swiss as I usually order the standard (wonderful) Baby Swiss Wheel. THIS CHEESE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST BABY SWISS I HAVE EVER TASTED!!! A 10+++++ ENJOY!!!

We like this new "Swiss" as a change from the amazing baby Swiss we always get.  This one has a bit of a deeper and more complex flavor.  I eat it with a Guinness, which is probably all wrong...but it works.  Firm texture, tastes like a more interesting Swiss.

We received our order today - 1 item of which was the new Ziller cheese.  We are very disappointed with it.  It has a "salty" taste.  We'll be sticking with the Farmers cheese!!  It's the very best in our opinion.
