Product reviews for 2 lb Wheel Original Baby Swiss

This is the best baby Swiss anywhere, which seems appropriate since Guggisberg invented it. I received a wheel for Christmas and it is still fantastic! (I have not eaten this cheese for at least 35 years.) Great balanced taste, milder than regular emmental (Swiss) cheese. Mouthwatering, not too salty, perfect balance of taste.

I would visit Guggisberg occasionally in the 1980's, and they still have outstanding cheeses after 40+ years. I plan to try this in a fondue, if the wheel lasts that long. I will order this cheese regularly now. I remember that it freezes well, so I may do that if necessary.

Highly recommended.

At my surprise baby shower a friend brought a  large Ham+ Cheese platter.
The swiss cheese was like no other!
Just delicious!
mild, not over salted and kept everyone coming back for more.
We all definitely wanted to know what brand it was.
From then on its all we buy ( when we can find it)
Our family + Friends Definitely recommend trying this Company's cheese.
We are anxious to try other blends from the Company. 👍👍👍
